Corrections come first
If a guide on this site states something inaccurate about how Olymp Trade works, tell us. Point to the page, quote the sentence, and add a link to the official source if you have one. Factual corrections are prioritised over every other kind of message and we do not argue with evidence.
What we can help with
- Explaining a strategy, indicator or chart concept covered in one of our guides.
- Suggesting a topic you could not find a straight answer to anywhere else.
- Reporting a signal service, VIP group or trading bot you think readers should be warned about.
- Press, syndication and translation enquiries.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent publisher, not the operator, so we have no access to accounts, deposits, withdrawals, verification checks or open positions. Anything to do with your own account has to go to Olymp Trade support directly through the platform.
We also cannot give personal trading advice, tell you what to trade, size a position for you, or predict a market. Requests of that kind get a polite no, because any other answer would be dishonest. What we can do is point you at the guide that explains the method and the demo account where you can test it without risking money.
Finally, we do not sell signals, run a VIP group, manage money, or recommend anyone who does. If a message claiming to be from SignalCraft offers you any of those things, it is not from us — forward it to [email protected] and we will publish a warning.
Response times
Most email is answered within a few working days. Messages that ask us to remove an honest warning about a paid signal service are read and filed, not answered.
